Jacuzzi tub was already in place.  Painted the walls a warm yellow gold.
Added white crown moulding.  Touches of zebra in black & brown to accent
the marble tub surround.  Added the chandelier on a dimmer switch & custom flower
arrangement in the corner.

Removed a long white counter.  Created this black cabinet that houses just enough
clothes and shoes for one week.  Added new sink, faucet, mirror & lighting & painted the
old base cabinet black.
We've already changed a few things in the Master bedroom but I added the word wallie above the bed.
This couple loves life, EACH OTHER, and enjoys life to its fullest!

The house with CHARACTER

The kitchen is so charming.  It has a single farm house sink
Glass doors on all the cabinets.  Wish I had taken a close up
of the handles and hardware.  They are original to the house.
The swinging door goes into the dining room.
The living area has a lot of room.  The built-ins behind the sofa
are so pretty.  The opposite side has glass paned doors for storing
china, books,or pretties.
This little rental has lots of character.  Look at the front door
and wide baseboards.  The landlord made a very nice color
selection on the walls so that the door facings & trim really
show off.    The orange retro sofa/sectional was found at an
old abandoned store.  Was in great condition and is actually comfortable!

Beautiful hardwood floors enhance the wide base moulding.
She found this chippy antique table & chair at a church
rummage sale.

The mirror came with the house & we didn't have permission to move
it, so we added treasures above & beside it.  Wouldn't a quaint little chandy
look perfect above the table?

I loved putting all her treasures in this house.  We created a warm and comfy environment for her and little Kyndall.  Wish you could see how she fixed up Kyndall's room.  She's very talented!                                If you haven't read her blog.... "The sometimes funny life"  you must check it out.  She's quite the ChAraCTer!

The Bank Of Clovis

I totally changed the outside of the building to incorporate the southwest theme.  The cacti light up at night which gives a beautiful warm glow.
Rustic decor with a southwest flavor of an array of colors: reds, oranges, purples, golds, and greens.

All offices have an original painting or signed limited edition Tim Cox painting.
The bank has several displays of unique arrow heads found in the Clovis area.

 Accents in the staff lounge.

Custom-made table for the board room.
The entrance of the bank creates a welcoming environment for customers to relax and chat awhile before applying for their loan.
